Who we are
This website, soulhunter.md, is operated by CGI LAB GAMES, a game development and publishing studio based in Chișinău, Moldova. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the site and how we use it.
What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, your email address, the subject of your inquiry and your message. Our web server also keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, date and time of the request) for security purposes.
The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use your contact details solely to read and answer your inquiry. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your separate consent.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up conversation, and no longer than 24 months. Server logs are deleted after 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to its processing, at any time. Use the contact form to make a request.
Third parties
Links to Steam, Discord, YouTube and other services lead to websites with their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
